Riga – offers a very diverse programme with an emphasis on European cinema. Many Western movies reach Latvia earlier than its neighbour countries.

Multi-hall movie-theatre Cinamon was opened in November 2008 in shopping-entertainment complex Alfa. The programme includes not only Hollywood movies but also movies produced by independent studios. There are eight halls of different size with total number of seats for 1360 movie-goers.
