Archives in Riga

please help me to find relatives in Riga. I was born in Riga 1963 and we lived on Moskowskaja street 177 Ap. 6. We lived there until 1972. My grandmother's name Kotler Mina, My mother's name is Rimer Rosa and my father is Michail. He worked for the telephone company in Riga. Since 1972 I was never in Riga, so I don't know how it look like. Please help me to find the adress of archives in Riga so I can write them to get information.
