The newest professional theatre in Riga, which already has got a recognition of Rigas's inhabitants.
Theatre was founded in 2001 like theatre studio and since that time in has grown up in professional theatre with big repertoire. The basis of the theatre are youg actors, Yaroslavl Theatre Institute graduates.
The main goal for OCA is to recover thearetrical repertoire for children and youth in Riga.
