by the Depeche Mode fans.
There has been already such bar in Tallinn. Depeche Mode fans in Riga also decided to open it in their home country, not far off presidential residence. The bar is almost secret, as it is hard to find. It is located in the basements, so you need to look for sign DM under your feet. In summer, although, they open a terrace.
