Janis and Guntis Seryogin are the only owners of this collection. It started in 1977. Collection consists of the most technically interesting samples of bicycles found in Latvia and demonstrating history of bicycle development.
Apart from bicycles the collection contains various items connected with bicycle use, bicycle circular races, associations of bicycle sport and manufacturing of bicycles. There is also a collection of logotypes (emblems) of Eastern European bicycle companies.
