The AVALON HOTEL & Conferences has 8 floors and offers 111 modern fully equipped standard and business class rooms, Junior Suites and Suites, smoking rooms, rooms for families and people with special needs. All air-conditioned rooms are equipped with high speed wireless internet access, flat screen LCD TV, Mini bar, laptop size safe deposit box, direct dialing telephone, iron and ironing board, extra table for luggage, work desk with lamp, bathroom with shower or bathtub, hair dryer and cosmetic mirror. Just last year there has been added new extra pillows Sleep Angel for even sweeter dreams.

Hotel offers Restaurant & Bar, business service, conferences and seminars, press conferences, presentations and celebrations, banquets, full catering services, beauty residence BELLEZZA, parking at the hotel for cars and busses, underground parking, laundry service. AVALON HOTEL & Conferences’ conference room with soundproof walls can be divided into three separate rooms, each with its own screen and the projector. The capacity of whole conference rooms is up to 180 persons in theatre style or up to 110 persons in a classroom style. More popular is becoming roof banquet room with charming Old Town view, where both – seminars and receptions up to 35 persons can be held. AVALON HOTEL & Conferences 4****+ is the first hotel who has installed a wireless presentation system Crestron, where conference participants can simultaneously view and copy their presentations on smart phones and tablets. Also presenters have got an excellent opportunity to be connected to 4 project presentations at the same time and upon necessity to regulate the sound, room lighting and presentation broadcast from portable remote control. Equipment includes Catchbox, michrophone, high speed wireless internet connection, stage, lecture, paper and pen for each delegate.

AVALON HOTEL & Conferences restaurant with modern Latvian cuisine, offers to start the morning with a delicious and rich buffet style breakfast with additional choice and includes individual service for every guest. The guests has possibility to select and order omelette and on weekends sparkling wine for our guests is served. Restaurant offers to spend a business lunch in the afternoon or to enjoy an evening meal in a romantic atmosphere.

You can also spend time in our Lobby Bar with a cup of coffee, tea or a cocktail. Happy hours starts from 15:00 – 17:00 daily.

Restaurant AVALON, headed by Chef Egils Grinfelds, is one of partners of Riga – Gauja region which is also European region of Gastronomy 2017. A special concept, called "Wild at Palate", will be the guide for you to get to know the diverse dining out pleasure to be found in RIga, Sigulda, Cesis and Valmiera.

AVALON HOTEL & Conferences is proud with eco-certificate „Green Key”, which was granted to them in January 2015. „Green Key” is an international voluntary eco-certificate for tourism facilities that promotes sustainable tourism. It is a non-governmental, non-profit, independent programme and is recognised and supported by the World Tourism Organization and UNEP. „Green Key” is the largest global eco-certificate for accommodation.
